Compared to the traditional 108 this is a more modified mala practice that everyone, of all levels, can do. Practice will be concluded with a short Nidra.
During an equinox, the day and night are equal in length. The Fall Equinox, also called the Autumnal Equinox, offers a time to go within oneself and rest and re-energize before the onset of the cooler months.
