Do you feel like you carry the weight of the world in your neck and shoulders? This workshop is for you. We will begin with pranayama (breathing techniques) relieving stress from the shoulders. Class will begin on the mat for several neck and shoulder openers and then move through various Hatha postures, relaxing the neck and shoulders to release tension within the body. Adjustments thorough class. All level, including beginners.
