Happy Hips

Beginning with pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to relieve stress, depression, improve circulation and reduce anxiety, we will gently move into a guided practice. We will slowly move through various Hatha postures, opening the hips and creating calm within the body. Adjustments will be given. All levels welcome.
