Learn More About Victoria
Victoria’s passion for sharing the practice of Yoga began soon after her very first class in 2001! She felt such a strong connection to herself by exploring different styles of Yoga. Victoria loves to teach and practice Hot Yoga- Bikram style for the heat and many therapeutic benefits & Vinyasa for the organic flow and creativity. Victoria fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga for the lineage and discipline required. I see now anything is possible with regular practice. Almost immediately Victoria knew she wanted to inspire others to experience good health, inner peace, incredible strength, beauty, truth and Love! Through breath, movement, and bodily sensation Victoria believes you can move beyond ANY conditions of your own mind. Victoria is honored to share the different methods of Yoga that she has studied and practiced for the past 17 years. “If you are on a personal journey to reach your highest potential, you must be ready to begin again and again. No matter how broke or broken you feel, all is impermanent!” Yoga is a life practice for self-transformation, it only asks that you show up every day to see what is possible & look inside for your answers.
Learn More About Patricia
Patricia’s relationship with yoga began in 2004 when she began practicing with her teacher Victoria Rowell. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification through LifePower Yoga in 2014. Patricia’s journey through yoga has only begun as she opens up a new chapter with the opening of Vibe Yoga Room. In the four years leading up to opening Vibe Yoga Room the path was never straight, and had many stops and starts. Having worn many different hats throughout her life- Patricia had a vision of what Vibe Yoga Room would look like. That vision sprung to life June 25, 2017 as she opened Vibe Yoga Room. Patricia had a really strong urge to make yoga more accessible to all because she understood what amazing benefits it had brought to her own life. While practicing yoga through the years she would notice new students come in to the room and feel conspicuous- and she remembered beginning her own practice feeling that same way. Patricia wanted Vibe Yoga Room to be a place where someone who is experienced in yoga could come and get a really good practice; at the same time she wanted the space to be friendly enough so those new to yoga would feel comfortable starting their journey. Patricia enjoys meeting all the area yogis and bringing a sense of renewal, health and just that whole happy & good “vibe” to the area!
