Patricia Paloumpis

Learn More About Patricia

Patricia’s relationship with yoga began in 2004 when she began practicing with her teacher Victoria Rowell. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification through LifePower Yoga in 2014. Patricia’s journey through yoga has only begun as she opens up a new chapter with the opening of Vibe Yoga Room. In the four years leading up to opening Vibe Yoga Room the path was never straight, and had many stops and starts. Having worn many different hats throughout her life- Patricia had a vision of what Vibe Yoga Room would look like. That vision sprung to life June 25, 2017 as she opened Vibe Yoga Room. Patricia had a really strong urge to make yoga more accessible to all because she understood what amazing benefits it had brought to her own life. While practicing yoga through the years she would notice new students come in to the room and feel conspicuous- and she remembered beginning her own practice feeling that same way. Patricia wanted Vibe Yoga Room to be a place where someone who is experienced in yoga could come and get a really good practice; at the same time she wanted the space to be friendly enough so those new to yoga would feel comfortable starting their journey. Patricia enjoys meeting all the area yogis and bringing a sense of renewal, health and just that whole happy & good “vibe” to the area!

Eva Diaz

Learn More About Eva

RYT200 Eva strongly believes in the physical, mental, emotional and most of all spiritual healing power of yoga! Born and raised in Poland she immigrated to the US at the age of 17 and instantly knew this is where she wanted to be. Life hasn’t been exactly easy for her. Living with anxiety and PTSD since childhood, she found how powerful and profoundly healing Yoga was after taking her first class in 2010! She knew right there and then, that yoga would literally save her life, and it did! In 2015, after practicing yoga regularly for 5 years, she finally found the courage to enroll in YTT! This was one of the most challenging, but also the most rewarding decisions she’s made for herself! Becoming a certified yoga instructor was what she was meant to do! It changed her life in numerous ways! She finally found her voice and her true purpose in life! To share this ancient practice with everyone who needed healing! “Yoga has made a profound impact on my life in more ways than one and being able to share it with others is truly a blessing. Yoga has given me the tools I needed, to learn how to overcome the fear of failure and judgement, how to believe in myself and how to find courage to trust myself and my talents! Through yoga I’ve learned to accept myself for who I am, to know my worth and most importantly I’ve learned that by embracing my flaws and imperfections, I was able to do the same for others. To me, Yoga is Love and when you have love, you have everything.” She is eager and truly honored to share the love, energy and passion she has for yoga, with full understanding that we all practice yoga for our own unique reasons! In her vinyasa flow classes, after she verbally guides you through a sequence that she thoughtfully designed, you will be encouraged to let go of doubts and fears and flow at your own pace with acceptance, love and understanding. The “free flow” part of class becomes their moving meditation and it gives the students the opportunity to express their individuality and even their creativity! Students become more conscious and aware of their breath, that guides the body through series of postures! The mind finally settles, giving them the freedom to embrace and love their own unique selves. “With self acceptance and self love we finally find peace”! That’s our journey. Namaste.

Emily Amos

Learn More About Emily

Emily Amos dove into yoga six years ago just after her son was born. She fell in love with the amazing sense of calm and the amount of self love the practice had given her. A few years later, as their family continued to grow, yoga had become a staple in her daily lifestyle. Emily realized how important is it to allow time and attention to yourself so you can refuel and gift it to others. She started using yoga and mindfulness techniques with her children in the home and quickly noticed how beneficial it can be. Emily believes its crucial to teach kids how to pay attention to their emotions and respond instead of reacting. Last January she received her yoga teacher training certification and just months later completed training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. She is extremely passionate and excited to educate and spread the yoga love to her students and new little yogi’s to be!
