Victoria Rowell

Victoria’s passion for sharing the practice of Yoga began soon after her very first class in 2001! She felt such a strong connection to herself by exploring different styles of Yoga. Victoria loves to teach and practice Hot Yoga- Bikram style for the heat and many therapeutic benefits & Vinyasa for the organic flow and creativity. Victoria fell in love with Ashtanga Yoga for the lineage and discipline required. I see now anything is possible with regular practice.
Almost immediately Victoria knew she wanted to inspire others to experience good health, inner peace, incredible strength, beauty, truth and Love! Through breath, movement, and bodily sensation Victoria believes you can move beyond ANY conditions of your own mind.
Victoria is honored to share the different methods of Yoga that she has studied and practiced for the past 17 years. “If you are on a personal journey to reach your highest potential, you must be ready to begin again and again. No matter how broke or broken you feel, all is impermanent!”
Yoga is a life practice for self-transformation, it only asks that you show up every day to see what is possible & look inside for your answers.

Building on her background in dance Connie first came to yoga for the strength and flexibility of the physical postures. However, she quickly realized that yoga is so much more than that. With a focus on breath and mindfulness, yoga facilitated a reduction of stress and increased flexibility mentally, physically and spiritually. Connie has been practicing yoga for the last 15 years, becoming more committed to her practice in recent years; she completed her 200 hour certification with Life Power Yoga under the direction of Brenda Temme.
Connie truly believes in the healing power of yoga, one breath and one moment at a time. Grateful to be part of the yoga community, she looks forward to meeting her students and connecting on the mat.

Caroline Pesa

From the challenge of Ashtanga to the mindful movements of Vinyasa to the deep stretch of Yin, Caroline loves it all. While in college she began the practice of yoga to improve her health and help relieve stress. Years later she incorporated principles from yoga to create a cooperative and harmonious environment for her elementary students. After the birth of her second daughter, Caroline took a hiatus from the classroom but continued to teach yoga to spread the benefits it can bring. Caroline believes your practice on the mat will lead to a greater understanding of your body and mind’s potential. Most importantly she wants to have fun with her practice, continue to lean and help others find their inspiration to live a life they love. Caroline completed her 200 hour teacher trainings at Reflections Yoga Center (Hatha), LifePower (Ashtanga-Vinyasa), a 95 hour kids yoga certification from Global Family Yoga and a 60 hour Levels 1, 2 & Kids from YogaFit.

Jenn’s yogic journey began shortly after becoming a mother. What began as a physical, ego-driven practice evolved into a practice of physical and emotional healing – a practice that extends beyond the realm of her mat and into her everyday life. By sharing her own practice, Jenn helps students to find their authentic selves in body, mind, spirit, and voice. Students are cued to find their own cadence of breath through a creative flow of postures. Jenn also provides gentle physical and verbal adjustments along with modifications and variations to allow each student access to his/her own body. Jenn received her initial 200-hour certification in Ashtanga-Vinyasa from the Center for Yoga with Jonny Kest and is currently pursuing an additional 300-hour certification with Janet Stone. While Jenn’s practice is further enhanced by attending yoga festivals, training, workshops, and classes with master instructors, her true inspiration comes from her students and being a student.

Jennifer Kloos

Jennifer is a mother of three beautiful babies that reveal an infinitely growing love deep within that’s never been explored. Yoga has filled her life with a similar love.
Before yoga, she was passionately devoted to furthering my physical limits in running. Jen completed many ultra-marathons that left her feeling very accomplished but not fulfilled. A very challenging injury guided Jen into a hot yoga class. There was an immediate connection to the muscular energy the class embodied, but as she practiced the organic energy brought the true balance of life and self love that finally began to surface. She knew at that moment that she wanted to share this discovery with everyone. Jen grew her practice and began her journey into yoga teacher training. First, yoga sculpt teacher training at yoga by degree, then 200 CYT teacher training at Chicago School of Yoga, followed by a 2 week intensive Ashtanga training. Jen has also been through training with “Yoga to transform Trauma” with Catherine Ashton.

She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and is a certified yoga teacher through LifePower Yoga since May of 2015.
By meditating and practicing various forms of yoga, she discovered, that something extraordinary happens! The mind calms while the physical body strengthens. Yoga has helped her overcome stress and anxiety which she has been dealing with since childhood.
“Yoga has made a profound impact on my life in more ways than one and being able to share it with others is truly a blessing.
Yoga has given me the tools I needed, to learn how to overcome the fear of failure and judgement, how to believe in myself and how to find courage to trust myself and my talents! Through yoga I’ve learned to accept myself for who I am, and most importantly I’ve learned that by embracing my flaws and imperfections, I was able to do the same for others. To me, Yoga is Love and when you have love, you have everything.”
She is eager and truly honored to share the love, energy and passion she has for yoga, with full understanding that we all practice yoga for our own unique reasons! So come as you are and rediscover your true beautiful self all over again.

Caitlin completed her 200-hour yoga certification with Inner Jasmine’s registered traveling yoga school, led by Katya Sidelnik, at Revival Yoga Wellness Studio*. Initially, Caitlin was captivated by the mind, body, and spirit connection in yoga. As a wife, mother, and former teacher she craved more balance in her daily life. Although her practice originally emphasized the physical aspects of yoga, the spiritual pieces quickly became apparent. Every time Caitlin returns to her mat she forms a deeper connection with her true self. With this awareness, she feels better equipped to maintain authenticity in her connections with others off her mat. Caitlin aims to create a space during her classes that allow her students to feel safe and supported during their practice. She emphasizes alignment-based principles while inspiring her students to discover their own inner strength and confidence.

Rebekah VanOverbeke

Rebekah started immersing in her yoga practice over three years ago. Being unfamiliar with the different types of practices, she expected her first class to be mostly breathing and stretching. An hour later, dripping in sweat, she realized it was so much more. She fell in love with the music and the dance-like flow of Vinyasa. Soon after she started to expand her exploration to Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Slow Flow. Committing to a practice was not only a great physical workout, but she slowly began to gain a deep appreciation for what it means to be truly present. She brings with her a playlist that will make you want to dance and flow like no one’s watching.

Emily Amos dove into yoga six years ago just after her son was born. She fell in love with the amazing sense of calm and the amount of self love the practice had given her. A few years later, as their family continued to grow, yoga had become a staple in her daily lifestyle. Emily realized how important is it to allow time and attention to yourself so you can refuel and gift it to others. She started using yoga and mindfulness techniques with her children in the home and quickly noticed how beneficial it can be. Emily believes its crucial to teach kids how to pay attention to their emotions and respond instead of reacting. Last January she received her yoga teacher training certification and just months later completed training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. She is extremely passionate and excited to educate and spread the yoga love to her students and new little yogi’s to be!
